ABOUT CHUCK PALM, MPH, PCC

I help people. People one at a time to change their lives and work. People in businesses and organizations to help them be as successful as they have envisioned. I help individuals and organizations identify and overcome the thoughts, beliefs, and histories that limit their success.

My processes include individual coaching and training, board and team facilitation, strategic planning, community assessment, and program development.

I help entrepreneurs, business professionals, for-profit and non-profit businesses to develop and implement effective strategic plans and business plans.

In my role as a public health professional, I form, train, and provide technical assistance, and have helped establish community coalitions throughout the United States, and in the South Pacific nations of American Samoa and the Republic of the Marshall Islands.

I have 20+ years of work with nonprofits, acting as a board officer, agency director, fundraiser, “friend” raiser, program developer, program director, special events director, grant writer, evaluator, and dishwasher.

I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Certified Professional Integrative Coach. I work with clients using different personality tests, including the Enneagram, DISC, and Meyers Briggs.

I work with individuals and groups to look honestly and clearly at where they are at now and where they want to go. Then I help them do it!
